Organization base average costing is a high priority item for us, but we have not been able to allocated it to a development round yet.  It is a candidate for the next roadmap, but that roadmap has not yet been finalized.  Please continue to monitor the roadmap as it is continually updated...

If e-Procurement is your main requirement, have you had a look at open source procurement solutions?  An example is http://www.coupa.org/ I see that they have a REST based API, which suggests the potential to integrate via Openbravo REST services.  Why not discuss this with your local Open...
