Change status of Booked Purchase Order

I am evaluating OpenBravo, so I could be overlooking something...

I have created a purchase order and changed the status to Booked.
I then noticed that there were a couple of errors on the line item.
So I want to fix those errors... but it seems I cannot do so.

Question: how do I change the status of a Booked Purchase Order to either VOID (in which case I recreate the PO) or to PROCESS (in which case I can edit and fix it)?

The only options I see are "add payment" and "close".

Click the button "Close" and it will allow you to either Close, Void or Reactivate the document.

"CLOSE" is very confusing. I had users also clicking on "Close" thinking it will close the window :)

You can change it to something else that suites you. But like the other reply, click "Close" and select your option.
