problem updating to RC 6

I have updated my openbravo version 3.0 rc 5 to openbravo  version 3 rc 6. For some strange reason, the upgrade has enabled all the functionality that is not enabled by default in openbravo 3 rc 5

is there a way to solve this problem?

Regards!!!

RE:problem updating to RC 6

 Hi!

It is very strange and should not happen.

I would recommend you to execute the steps from here but instead of disabling configuration script - enable it:

  • Go to Module window

  • Select Openbravo 3.0 template

  • Check Apply Configuration Script (or make sure it is Checked).

  • Run ant smartbuild -Dlocal=no -Drestart=yes

Regards,

Dmitry.

RE:problem updating to RC 6

Hi dmitry!!

thank you very much for your help, I've done the steps you told me but did not find the template openbravo 3 I mean it doesn't exist.

So I download a Openbravo3RC6 and I copied the template but when I tried to do the same steps that you told me I have a lot of problems.

What I can do to resolve this problem?

regards!

RE:problem updating to RC 6

 Hello!

Are you sure there is no such a module - Openbravo 3.0?

OB3 is a distribution and this module is an umbrealla module that holds all of them. It is completely weired to have OB3 without it.

Could you please export all Module Window records to the spreadsheet (or take a screenshot of it) so that we can check?

It is also interesting to have a look at your MMC window with expanded tree (screenshot is enough).

Thanks,

Dmitry.
