Hi Corvisier

I found what i was doing wrong I see you have to click on the invoice been paid. I like this idea. The only problem that i see is when the customer wants to pay for more than one invoice at a time how do you do that.

RE:Customer Payments

Hi,

Sorry I don't understand what you're saying.

Are you asking for multiple invoice payment with only one ticket?

Eg. Pay 2 invoices at the same time and generate a ticket with those 2 values?

Currently you select the invoces and hit pay each one.

RE:Customer Payments

What I am trying to say is often we run tabs for cutomers so every round they have it gets rung up against that customer. So before when a customer wanted to pay it was easy he just paid the total amount now you have to click on the invoice that the customer wants to pay. The problem is, is the way we run the system there are easy sometimes thirty to forty invoices/Tickets that the costomer needs to pay for. I have tried highlighting more than one but I get an error and it only allows payment on the first one highlighted. The other thing I wanted to ask was if customer want to pay in advance in  other words put R500.00 up front is it possible to put a customer in credit. I have tried but I cant see how.
