Clean up open bravo

Hi,
I've install the amazon AMI, did translation and install some additional modules.
I want now to leave those but clean the demo data.
How do I do a clean up of the system?

Second question, I've install the tax report launcher sample report (org.openbravo.module.taxreportlauncher.samplereport-0.1.1 and
org.openbravo.module.taxreportlauncher-1.0.15).
How do I generate a sample tax report now?

Hello,

To clean sample data, you must delete the client F&B by using "delete client", and create a new client by using "initial client setup"

No idea for the second question.

Is there a default accounting file when doing a setup of new client?

Re: Clean up open bravo

I must have been doing something wrong, creating a new user, and now I can not login with any user including Openbravo. I get this message:

Invalid Org

No valid Org identified. Please contact your system administrator for access.

How can I fix that?

Hello,

You need to assign a Role to this new user.
Go to user tab, then to user role tab, and add a Role, it should help you to solve the problem

Is there a detailed functional documents of OB3?
All I have now for implementation is the quick guide.
Is it customer to create different users (login) for different roles such as Company Admin, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales etc, so each login sees only the relevant screens for his particular role? Or is it better to create one user for all like the demo?

Re: Clean up open bravo

One more question, I am trying to delete some roles and users.
When I try to delete F&B US, Inc. - Procurement, I get a message:
Error
This record cannot be deleted because it is associated with other existing elements. Please see Linked Items
I tried to delete all detailed records but still same error.

Re: Clean up open bravo

Ii my opinion you should not include the users under roles but roles under users.
In other words, once a role is defined, you go to a specific user and associate the role to him.
It is confusing.

Re: Clean up open bravo

It is impossible to delete roles and users. Seems to me that there is some cross reference between the data and that there is no way to delete them form the application. Can you help?
